Welcome to the Brockmühle campsite.
To make it easier for you to find your way around, we have put together some important information for you.
Arrival time is from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Payment upon arrival in cash or EC, no advance payment.
Please note that riding lessons can only be paid for in cash.
Departure during the holiday period is generally by 12:00 p.m. Please pay your electricity bill at the office before departure. 5 kW/h are included per night. Anything else you have consumed will be charged at 0.70 cents per hour.
It is also possible for riders to leave outside of the holiday season on Sunday afternoons so that they can still take part in the riding lessons in a relaxed manner. Nevertheless, please pay your individual electricity bill in the office between 11 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
1. Rest times:
Lunch break from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m
Night quiet: Sun - Fri: 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. / Saturday: midnight - 7:00 a.m
The barrier is closed during lunchtime and always at night from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
During this time, it is prohibited to enter the campsite by motor vehicle.
2. Car:
All streets are play streets. Walking speed applies. Children, pedestrians and cyclists have the right of way here. The car should be in the overnight spot and parked. Please do your errands within the square on foot or by bike. If you are traveling with several cars, then leave the additional car in the parking lot so that you can use this car to do your errands outside of the square.
3. Sanitary building:
You need coins to take a warm shower. These cost 1.00 euros and can be purchased in the office.
As parents, make sure that your children use the toilet flush or leave the toilet as you found it. If you go to the sanitary building to wash or shower, please take bathing shoes with you. Please only walk in the washroom in bathing shoes.
In the sanitary building you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
4. Rinse, Cook, Wash:
The laundromat, formerly a kiosk, has dishwashers, hobs and 3 washing machines with dryers. You will also find a table with chairs here
5. Fresh Food Shopping Options:
In Maria-Veen (1 km) is the Edeka market Schöttler
Directly behind the savings and loan bank (ATM) there is the Schütte bakery, which also sells fresh bread rolls on Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. to around 11 a.m.
6. Restaurants:
In the town of Maria-Veen (approx. 1 km) there are 2 snack bars, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant.

8. Waste:
We ask that you sort and separate your waste. You will find all of the garbage containers at the end of the parking lot, i.e. in front of the entrance barrier. You must dispose of: glass, paper, Green Dot waste, metal and residual waste separately.
9. Dogs + Cats:
On the campsite grounds, including the adjacent meadow (camping meadow, horse meadow, riding arena), there is a ban on defecation and a leash requirement. The leash may not extend or be allowed to run longer than 2 m. Especially on the campsite and outside, the dog or cat owner must pick up their dog's or cat's excrement, take it with them and dispose of it in the residual waste bins. Dogs and cats are prohibited in sanitary buildings, swimming pools and children's playgrounds. It is strictly forbidden to let dogs run without a leash.
